Create an account on the register page of the site. You will be prompted to enter some information about yourself that will be used on the credit letters that you will create. Make sure to enter accurate information because the credit letters will automatically use this data when it is generated.
After creating your account, login and go to the create a letter page. There you will see a plethora of credit letters you can choose from. Hovering over the titles displays a short description of what the letter is about. After choosing a letter, fill out the form fields that appear. Click submit and the preview of the letter displayed below the form will have the values inserted. Then simply click the "Download PDF" button and the PDF will download.
After downloading the PDF, read the instruction page that was printed along with your letter. Follow the instructions and send the letter to the credit agency that is relevant to your scenario. If after 50 days you do not receive a reply, send another letter.
